CC&Rs
Lakeside's covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs) were developed to help enhance and protect the value, desirability and attractiveness of our property and the quality of life within this Community. They are enforced by your Community Owner's Association and our current management company (Kocal). Although they were provided in printed form to each resident at the time we purchased our homes, they are also posted here for your convenience.
Club House and Pool Rules
In addition to the CC&Rs, your Board has established a set rules (also posted here) which govern the use of the pool, patio and Club House. These rules are based on input and recommendations from homeowners, committees, and Kocal.
