Pool, Patio & Club House Rules
- Swimming is permitted only during swim season hours: 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult for admittance into the pool.
- Residents will be required to enter through the pool area and present their community identification cards to use the pool, patio, sport court and dock areas during swim season.
- To ensure that only Lakeside residents are using the pool, patio sport court and dock areas, property owners that do not have their community identification card will not be allowed to use the facility.
- Young members will be asked to clear the pool every 45 minutes for a rest period. During that time, adults only or adults with children under the age of three will be allowed to swim.
- Infants and toddlers are required to use rubber pants or diapers designed for swimming pool use.
- All swimmers must wear swimming attire.
- No Diving is permitted in the pool and no climbing on any structure.
- No pets are allowed in the pool, patio, dock or sport court areas.
- No personal BBQ's are allowed in and around the pool, patio, dock and sport court areas.
- The Club Lakeside staff, Homeowners Association and Management Company will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged articles. Any personal items left at the facility must be picked up immediately. Unclaimed items will be donated or thrown out each Sunday.
- The Pool Director, Lifeguards, and/or Pool Monitor have the authority to dispense any disciplinary action necessary to keep the pool, patio, dock and sport court areas safe.
- The Pool Director, Lifeguards and/or Pool Monitor will NOT be subjected to any physical or verbal abuse.
- No glass of any kind or alcohol is allowed in the pool area.
- Anyone caught trespassing on the pool, patio, dock or sport court areas when the facilities are closed, may be arrested by the Elk Grove Police Department.
- Anyone caught violating these rules may lose their Association privileges upon determination of the Board of Directors.
