Lakeside Board

The Lakeside Homeowners Association is governed by the Lakeside Board of Directors. The Board consists of five voting members who are elected by the residents of the Lakeside community.

2011 Board Elections

It's that time again! Lakeside's Anual Meeting of Members for Delegate Districts 1-7 will be held on January 25, 2011. The membership holds this election to fill available Board of Director positions for the Lakeside Community Owner's Association. There will be three (3) positions available on the Board.

Now is the time to consider whether you would like to nominate yourself. The Lakeside Board of Directors dedicates and contributes personal time for their community. As a Board Member you can make a difference. Responsibilities as a Board Member include, but are not limited to:

Attend bi-monthly Board Meetings
Attend Judicial Hearings as needed (2 to 3 times a year)
Attend Special Board Meetins or Executive Sessions
Ensure the community is operated efficiently
Act for the benefit of others

If you are interested and willing to donate your time, please complete the Candidate Statement and return to Kocal Management on or before 5:00 p.m., December 20, 2010.
