Committees
Lakeside is what it is today, because of the hard work and dedication of its members, volunteering in these positions because they desire to make Lakeside a better community for all.
Judicial Committee
The Judicial Committee of the Lakeside Homeowners Association consists of several homeowner representatives and the Lakeside Board of Directors, who meet monthly to determine outcomes for property owners who are not in compliance with the community's Covenants, Codes, & Restrictions (CC&Rs).
Your current Judicial committee members are: E.J. Raimondi, Bud Schafer and Reggie Toran.
Social Committee
Running the Social Committee for the entire community can be a bit overwhelming and we have come up with a way to still plan fun-filled community events without overloading one person. Over the past year various homeowners have stepped up and planned events and would like to continue doing so. If you would like to organize an event, please feel free to submit your proposal to Melissa Bell.
All events must be submitted to the board of directors for approval.
Landscape Committee
This committee is currently headed by Joan Raimondi and supported by board member, Nick Soberanis. The Landscape Committee is a joint advisory committee that works with Kocal Management and the landscape company servicing Lakeside to address issues affecting the focal points and common landscape areas within the community.
Technology Committee
This committee is responsible for developing and maintaining this website. Christopher Sant serves as a consultant, technical advisor and as the website manager. Board member, Irene Capps is the designated Board liaison. The Lakeside Board and Kocal Management work together to develop website content. It is the hope of this committee that the website will serve as a tool to provide accurate and timely information of interest to Lakeside residents.
