2012 Board Meeting Schedule
The Board meetings are held at 6:30 pm on the 4th Tuesday every other month (with the exception of November because of the holiday) at the Lakeside Recreation Center Facility located at 3035 Maritime Dr.
Please note: Open Forum is held at the start of the meeting. Please fill out the form that is provided for you at the meeting and submit it to the board or management. Due to time constraints we ask that all open forum comments are limited to 3 minutes.

- January 24 (Annual Meeting)
- March 27
- May 2
- July 24
- September 25
- November 27
We encourage all homeowners to attend these meetings for it is here that you will find out what is happening in your community and you can offer comments, suggestions and support. Agendas will be posted on the clubhouse bulliten board no later than the Friday prior to each board meeting.
