Notice of Proposed Rule Change
At this Board Meeting, the Board of Directors intends to review and take action on proposed changes to the "Pool Rules".
Comments, questions or concerns may be directed to the Board, IN WRITING, and submitted to Kocal Management on or before September 23, 2011 by end of business day. All comments will be considered and homeowners are welcome to attend the Board Meeting and address the Board in Open Forum.
The purpose and effect of the proposed rule change is to further ensure the health and safety of all persons using the pool and facility.

Lakeside Lifeguards and Pool
The Board would like to thank this year's staff for a great job!!
As a reminder, the pool is open from 11:00am to 9:00pm every day of the week, so please come down to the pool and enjoy! Please note that we have new hours for the paddle boats, 1:00pm - 8:00pm.
Water Aerobics at the Pool
Water Aerobics has always been a big hit! We are currently holding sessions. If you think you would enhoy taking a class, please inquire with the lifeguard staff. Scheduled times are as follows:
Monday and Wednesday: 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 7:30pm - 8:30pm
